You don't have to be an experienced Water Polo Player to enjoy the benefits of  Water Polo; one  of  the "Best Overall Workouts" you can get!

A typical water polo workout will use 7-800 calories in 60 minutes.

If you are comfortable in deep water and are looking for a tough but thoroughly fun workout, come join the Night League Wednesday Nights at SCP! Note that players wanting to enter tournaments may be placed with the Mavericks.
